ME Ally is designed so that your health and personal data never reaches our servers. Specifically:
All health entries, symptom logs, notes, and app settings you create within ME Ally are stored exclusively on your device using Apple's secure on-device storage. Data sync across your own Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) is performed through your personal iCloud account — a private Apple service we do not have access to.
ME Ally does not embed third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Crashlytics, etc.). We do not collect usage analytics, session recordings, or behavioral data.
As an app distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information about app downloads, purchases, and crash reports through their platform services (App Store Connect). This collection is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours. We may receive anonymized, aggregated statistics from Apple (such as total download counts), but this does not include personal information.
Purchases of the ME Ally Premium upgrade are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Papersona LLC does not receive, process, or store your payment card details or billing information. Refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for how they handle payment data.

Website contact inquiries: We retain email correspondence for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
ME Ally app data: Your health data resides on your own devices. You may delete your data at any time from within the app or through your device's storage settings. Deleting the app from all your devices will remove locally stored data. iCloud-synced data is managed through your iCloud account settings.
